Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
